Jyotsna Rai is the Creative Director of Shubhstar Group, leading the organization’s creative vision across fashion, pageantry, visual storytelling and talent presentation. With over 8 years of professional experience in the fashion industry, she brings a sharp aesthetic sense and a deep understanding of style, form and visual impact.
A seasoned fashion stylist, Jyotsna has worked with red carpet celebrities, industry professionals and MTV sensations, curating looks that balance trends with individuality and presence. Earlier in her entrepreneurial journey, she successfully managed a multi-designer fashion store, where she collaborated with 100+ designers from across India. This experience gave her extensive exposure to diverse design philosophies, craftsmanship and fashion markets at a national level.
Her creative leadership at Shubhstar is driven by originality, emotional connection and attention to detail. Jyotsna plays a key role in shaping shows, campaigns, and platforms that not only appear visually powerful but also communicate confidence and purpose.
