With strategic support from Shubhstar India Private Limited, Femme with Vision bridges critical gaps in access and opportunity, empowering women to unlock their full potential and emerge as self-reliant leaders. We celebrate self-made women who rise through resilience and determination, transforming not only their own lives but also becoming pillars of strength within their communities.

A cornerstone of Femme with Vision is Ojasvi Nari Samman, a flagship recognition initiative celebrating inspiring women across fields. The program has been successfully conducted for three consecutive years—twice in online format and once as a grand on-ground event in 2024.
Each year, 25–30 exceptional women are honoured for their leadership, resilience, and contribution to society, reinforcing our belief that recognising women’s achievements inspires generations to rise.
Femme with Vision is led by accomplished women leaders including Dr. Monika Singh, Dr. Sudha Jain, Jyotsna Rai, Yashika Bist, Ankita Singh, Swati Vishwakarma, and Kusum Yadav —a collective that exemplifies strength, vision, and purposeful leadership.
